Diabetic Turkey Chipotle Chili
Fixings:

1 15 - ounce can no-salt-added dark beans, flushed and depleted
1/4 cup finely clipped new cilantro

2 tablespoons lime juice
6 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt or harsh cream
