Veggie Sausage-Cheddar Frittata
Fixings:
Cooking splash
1 green chime pepper, slashed
1 (8-ounce) bundle presliced mushrooms
4 (1.3-ounce) frozen vegetable protein wiener patties, defrosted and disintegrated
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon newly ground dark pepper
1 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup sans fat cream
1/2 cup (2 ounces) destroyed diminished fat sharp cheddar
Guidance:
Preheat grill.
Place a 12-inch ovenproof nonstick skillet over medium-high hotness. Cover container with cooking splash. Add cleaved chime pepper and mushrooms; sauté 3 minutes. Add wiener, salt, and pepper; decrease hotness to medium-low, and cook 1 moment.Zucchini-pizza-casserole-recipe
Consolidate egg substitute and cream; cautiously pour over wiener blend. Cover and cook 6 minutes. (Frittata will be somewhat soggy on top.) Sprinkle with cheddar.
Sear 1 to 2 minutes or until cheddar liquefies. Cut into 8 wedges. Appreciate it !!!
